岗位描述

工作目标：1.协助店铺经理以及区域经理完成部门员工的日常管理及培训，顾客服务、店铺陈列、营运成本控制目标； To assist store manager and area manager in maximizing sales and profit while achieving set targets. Assist to provide leadership, coaching and discipline to ensure the highest standards of customer service, store presentation, inventory management and store administration. 2.协助公司确保公司的各项制度和流程的全面贯彻执行。 Consistently ensure all company policy and procedures are implemented while striving at all times to reduce store costs. 3.服从上级领导的其他工作指示 Submitted to other arrangement by line manager岗位要求：1.活力、精力充沛、自信的并且具有较强的顾客服务意识 Dynamic, energetic, self-confident, honesty and Strong sense of customer service 2.具备良好的沟通,领导和执行能力，能承受一定的工作压力 Good ability in communication ,leadership and execution，Under pressure。 3.2-3年零售行业工作经验 2~3 yrs working experience, retailing preferred 4.专科及以上学历 College degree and above.屈臣氏声明：对于所有形式的招聘均不以任何名义向劳动者收取押金及财物！
