岗位描述

1. 订单管理Customer order handling & following · Collect timesheet · Review production status with production planers to ensure the commitment to customer · Offer summary collect and update · Follow up and completion orders, Keep communication with clients for order status · Respond to all kind of inquiry from customer relate to order · Other duties as assigned by management2. 客户服务JD: · Response to customer’s claim · Handle NC by preparing replacement, implementing investigation return parts receiving etc. · Collect all claim information and report to supervisor for quality analysing and quality improving · Create internal claims between units · Handle documentation, training and other support work · Other tasks assigned by supervisor ? ??
