岗位描述

岗位职责：Responsibilities1.配合市场主管完成市场推广计划及市场的数据收集和分析；Work with Marketing Director to fulfill promotional plan, data collection and analysis;2.负责市场推广工作，做好兼职推广人员的招募、培训、管理和对外协调工作；Participate in market promotion, recruit, train, manage and coordinate part-time promotion staff;3.开拓并维护市场推广渠道Open up and maintain marketing channels;4.负责学校各项促销及推广活动的策划、实施及总结反馈Participate in the planning, implementation, summarization and feedback of all promotion activities;5.负责向市场主管汇报市场推广落实情况，市场推广改进计划。Report the implementation and improvement program of market promotion to Marketing Director 岗位要求：Qualification1.具有市场营销的相应理念以及对市场趋势的掌控能力Have a basic idea of marketing and the ability of mastering market trend;2.思维敏捷，勤奋刻苦，锐意进取，具有一定的市场洞察力Be quick in thinking, work hard, forge ahead with determination and have certain insight into market;3.对扬州各大培训学校有一定的了解，有自己的调研心得Have certain knowledge about training schools in Yangzhou and have some ideas of investigation and research;4.超强的组织协调能力，善于识人，更能善于用人。Good ability to organize and coordinate, discover able people and put them at suitable posts;5.具有大型活动组织经验者优先考虑。Applicants with experience in organizing large-scale activities are preferred;6.热爱英语教育事业，认可企业价值观，愿意与企业共成长。Love the career of English education, accept the values of the company, be willing to grow and develop with the company;7.如果你有还有其他方面的优异能力，我们会酌情适当放宽要求Limited exemptions from the requirements for applicants with other outstanding abilities有意向者请将简历发送至：hr.zp@yzielts.comAnyone who is interested, please send your resume to: hr.zp@yzielts.com 扬州环球雅思官方网站：http://yangzhou.gedu.orgYangzhou Global Ielts Official Website: http://yangzhou.gedu.org 公司邮箱：nina.gui@yzielts.com其他邮箱：ys_hr@yahoo.cn
