JOB REQUIREMENT 职位要求 * EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION／教育、学历资格证书 Education background in ceramic material or electronics or mechanical engineering or related, bachelor degree. Master or PhD is preferred.／陶瓷材料或电子或机械相关专业本科毕业，硕士及以上学历优先考虑。 * EXPERIENCE／经验 More than 5 year experience in product development, project management or field application.／5年以上产品设计及开发，项目管理或现场应用经验。 Experience of electronic component design or field application. Experience of team leader or project owner.／有电子元器件设计开发或现场应用的经验。有团队领导者或项目负责人等相关经验。 Working experience in international project team or in multination company is preferred.／有跨国公司或国际团队工作经验优先考虑。 * SKILLS／技能 Knowledge and experience on Varistor or other ceramic components. / 具有压敏电阻或其它陶瓷类电子元器件的知识和经验。 Strong project management skills. Result oriented, good sense to drive to make things happen.／较强的项目管理能力，以结果为导向，具有良好的推动实现的意识。 Experience of DOE, FMEA and statistical methods.／有应用DOE、FMEA和统计方法的经验。 Strong analysis, judgment, summary and report skills and be able to work systematically.／有较强的分析判断，总结汇报及系统性工作的能力。 Capability with complex problems analysis and be able to find the solution.／具有复杂问题的分析及解决能力。 Good English skills required. Fluent speaking English is preferred.／良好的英语能力。英语口语流利者优先考虑。 * PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS／个性要求 Innovative, independent and honest. 有创新精神，独立，诚实。 Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 良好的人际关系与沟通能力。 * OTHER REQUIREMENTS／其它要求（健康状况） Be healthy. 身体健康。 RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY／职责和权限 ? Responsible for VAR or ICL product design and development. ／负责压敏电阻或热敏电阻产品的设计开发工作。 ? Technically lead engineers and technicians team for working, and drive for the results. ／从技术上领导工程师与技术员团队进行工作,并推动产生结果。 ? Independently lead manage projects, solve problems, define next steps and report results, etc. ／独立完成工作，包括管理项目，解决问题，定义下一步，报告结果等。 ? Design in competitive new product series to fulfill marketing trend. ／根据市场需求及行业趋势设计开发具有竞争力的产品系列。 ? Design new product on customer requirements, lead samples and release it to mass production. ／根据客户要求设计新产品，主导跑样并放行到批量生产。 ? Products improvement and cost down by studying performance, failure mode and reliability. ／研究产品性能,失效模式以及可靠性,对现有产品进行改进以及降低成本。 ? Technical support for customer application, production, quality complaint, etc. ／为客户应用，工厂生产，质量投诉等提供技术支持。 ? Apple or update certificates according to new standard. ／关注行业标准的变化，及时对产品进行申请或更新。 ? Able to organize the benchmarking and find out the advantages and disadvantages of competitor' product. ／能分析并比较市场上同类产品的优点及不足。 ? Comply with national laws, statutes, policies, labor disciplines and company's rules and regulations. ／严格遵守国家法律、法规和政策、劳动纪律，严格执行公司的各项规章制度。 ? Other assignments from supervisors. ／上级安排的其他工作。
